Clue: First start CMD as Admin, THEN navigate to extracted folder and start the batch, this way it will work.
Starting the batch directly as Administrator didnt work for me at all.

What changes did you make?
I have got this working on server 2012 R2 after having the issue running the bat file – cant find certmgr.exe I opened the bat file and run each step manually. Following the below steps should work for you :-
1)extract zip
2) Open folder “certificate” then hold shift and right click in the window, select “open command window here” enter “certmgr.exe -add -c certificate.cer -s -r localMachine root>nul” (without speech marks) and press enter
3)type “bcdedit.exe /set TESTSIGNING ON>nul” (without speech marks) and press enter
4)Restart pc
5)Open device manager right click on the receiver and point to the ehome/driver folder
Ps if this doesn’t work open an elevated command prompt (right click on command prompt) cd (change directory) to the certificate folder and run the commands again (this is what I did – but the steps about seemed easier and should also work) – good luck!

For people with the certmgr.exe problem, you need to have visual studio or the windows sdk installed.

Thanks, I’ve installed ehome remote driver, but after reboot, the remote disappear in device manager, and several “Unknown Device” instead of it. I can’t update these “unknown device” using ehome remote driver anymore.
