FFMPEG seems to be missing when trying to install Slack

Server 2016 is so similar to Windows 10, no DLLs actually seem to be missing yet. If anybody knows of any etc. or wants to make suggestions though please do.
I am trying to get the Windows Store and ‘modern apps’ working – but stuck at the moment
any progress with this?

I managed to use the store and wunderlist, and also convert my local account into a connected MSA so now I need to use my MSA password to sign in to the Server
